Agreement between the Labour Inspectorate of Estonia and the Labour Inspection Authority of the Kingdom of Norway
On 5 March 2018, the heads of the Estonian and Norwegian labour inspectorates signed a cooperation agreement aimed at ensuring rights and equal treatment in the labour market of Estonian workers posted to work in the Kingdom of Norway. The aim of the cooperation agreement is also to work together to raise awareness among workers and employers, and also to cooperate in inspections and exchanging of data.

Agreement on bilateral cooperation and exchange of information between the Labour Inspectorates of the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Poland
The aim of the cooperation agreement is to improve the working conditions of workers posted to the territory of both countries and to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation in the workplace.

Agreement on Cooperation between the Labour Inspectorate of Estonia and the Division of Occupational Health and Safety of the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland
On 3 December 2014, the Heads of the Labour Inspectorate of Estonia and the Division of Occupational Health and Safety of the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland concluded an Agreement on Cooperation aimed at ensuring rights and equal treatment in the labour market of Estonian workers posted to work in Finland. -
Memorandum on Cooperation between the Labour Inspectorate of Estonia and the Labour Board of Russian Federation
Memorandum of Cooperation between the Labour Board of the Russian Federation and the Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Estonia, signed in 2012.
Implementation of the Memorandum has been suspended due to the political situation between the countries.
