Chemicals in a workplace must be used according to instructions

The Labour Inspectorate carried out an inspection of enterprises that use biocidal products. In the process of target inspection, 19 establishments were visited. 46 verbal recommendations were made to employers, a total of 63 violations were indicated in the inspection report and a precept was drawn up on seven violations. Labour Inspectorate: The Number of Fatal Work Accidents Has Notably Decreased

During the first seven months of this year, 2,935 occupational accidents have been registered in Estonia. 2,264 of these were minor and 670 severe. One work accident was fatal. During the same period last year, 2,943 work accidents had been reported, 2,346 of which were minor, 580 severe, and 17 people had lost their lives. The Labour Inspectorate Ended the Misdemeanour Procedure Concerning Newspaper Kids
